MUAC discharge from OTP and excess adiposity

Binns03.csv is a comma-separated-value (CSV) file
containing anthropometric data for children admitted
with MUAC < 115 mm and discharged with MUAC > 125 mm
for two visits & clinically well.
Variables (columns) are:
regno = OTP register number
sex = Sex of child (1 = Male, 2 = Female)
admDate = Date of admissiom (YYYY-MM-DD)
admAge = Age at admission (months)
admHeight = Height at admission (cm)
admWeight = Weight at admission (kg)
disDate = Date of discharge (YYYY-MM-DD)
disAge = Age at discharge (months)
disHeight = Height at discharge (cm)
disWeight = Weight at discharge (kg)
dis.muac = MUAC at discharge (cm)
disTSF = SF at discharge (mm)
Line 1 is column names.
Lines are terminated with CRLF.
Values are separated by commas (",").
