Additional file 10: Table S8. Candidates for transcription factor-dependent CAZyme expression engineering strategies. The table lists uncharacterised transcription factors whose expression positively correlates with CAZyme expression, categorises their expression patterns and suggests reason(s) for inclusion in an engineering strategy to boost CAZyme expression. An image of the graphs of the expression pattern for each transcription factor is included. Uncharacterised plant biomass degrading CAZymes that clustered with the transcription factors in the MFuzz clustering of all genes are listed.
