Similarity matrix generated from a multiple-sequence alignment of the concatenated housekeeping-gene sequences of the 354 recognized sequence types of the K. oxytoca MLST scheme (as of 19 March 2021) against the corresponding regions of publicly available K. oxytoca complex and Raoultella spp. genomes (n=150).
