MDACC ORN Time-to-event anonymized clinical dataset

<p dir="ltr">In this study, we have developed a novel time to event approach to orodental toxicity prediction, thus providing a more comprehensive estimation of the disease trajectory in order to allow effective risk stratification and surveillance strategies. The developed Weibull AFT model offers a significant advancement in predicting mandibular ORNJ risk following radiotherapy in HNC patients. Being able to predict the time to ORNJ allows for early identification and proactive management of high-risk patients with potential reduction of the severity of ORNJ and improvement of patient outcomes and quality of life.</p>
