Contigs were binned using both MetaBAT2 v2.15 and MaxBin2 v2.2.7, and the generated bins were subsequently dereplicated with dREP. CheckM v1.1.3 was used to assess the completeness and contamination of the obtained dereplicated bins (MAGs).
