This dataset contains measurement data of localization precision using single-molecule interferometric localization microscopy. The localization precision of the single-molecule interferometric localization microscope was measured using 40 nm fluorescent microspheres. This dataset includes raw image files, data result files processed with MATLAB, and result images. The results show localization precisions of 6.6 nm, 6.4 nm, and 4.7 nm for the X, Y, and Z directions respectively, achieving isotropic single-molecule localization precision and uniform resolution in all directions.
