<p dir="ltr"><b>Title</b><b>:</b><i> L</i><i>iraglutide attenuates aluminum chloride–induced Alzheimer’s disease in rats by modulating the oxLDL/LPA/LPAR1 pathway</i></p><p dir="ltr"><b>Description</b><b>:</b> This dataset supports the manuscript currently under review, which investigates the neuroprotective effects of liraglutide in a rat model of Alzheimer’s disease induced by aluminum chloride (AlCl₃). The study highlights the modulation of the oxLDL/LPA/LPAR1/BACE1 pathway as a novel mechanism of action.</p><p dir="ltr"><b>Contents</b><b>:</b></p><p dir="ltr">• Raw behavioral data (e.g., open field, Morris water maze, novel object recognition, etc.)</p><p dir="ltr">• Biochemical and neurochemical assay results (GSH, MDA, AChE, ELISA data for oxLDL, LPA, LPAR1, BACE1)</p><p dir="ltr">• Histopathological and immunohistochemical quantifications (e.g., NFTs % area, Aβ plaques/field, protein expression levels)</p><p dir="ltr">• Statistical analysis outputs (SPSS/GraphPad Prism files if applicable)</p><p dir="ltr"><b>Methods Summary</b><b>:</b> Data were generated using validated behavioral tests, ELISA, histopathology, and immunohistochemistry in male Sprague-Dawley rats.
