LC_480_Dataset.csv

The dataset is composed by two columns. On the first column lies the age of a patient infected with SARS-CoV-2. On the second column lies the correspondent value of SARS-CoV-2 viral load as measured in log_10 units of the number of viral RNA copies per mL of sample or entire swab specimen making use of the Roche LC 480 II PCR system. This dataset has been extracted from Fig.6 in Jones et al. (see references) by means of a plot digitizer algorithm.
