Dataset for building fault detection and diagnostics algorithm creation and performance testing

This data set can be used to evaluate and benchmark the performance accuracy of FDD algorithms or tools. It contains operational data from physical experimentation as well as simulation. The data sets currently cover AHU-VAV systems and RTUs, and will be expanded over time to include additional building systems and fault conditions. They include data from commonly available measurement points, spanning system operations under a variety of fault-present and fault-free conditions. This operational data is paired with ground truth information as to which faults are present during which time periods.
