This study aims to describe the concept of amanah and examine the implementation of amanah behavior as a Muslim in health services, especially for health workers in Islamic hospitals. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and literature analysis related to Islamic values ​​and health service ethics. The results of the study indicate that amanah in the context of health services is a moral and spiritual responsibility that must be carried out with integrity, honesty, and patience according to Islamic teachings. Health workers in Islamic hospitals apply the values ​​of amanah by providing professional, empathetic services, maintaining patient confidentiality, and prioritizing sincere intentions as a form of worship. This Islamic approach not only improves the quality of medical services but also strengthens the relationship of trust between health workers and patients. In conclusion, amanah behavior as a Muslim in health services plays an important role in creating quality and ethical services, while supporting patient welfare holistically. Practical recommendations include ongoing training on Islamic values ​​for health workers and strengthening the sharia-based health service system to ensure amanah in every aspect of service. These findings are in line with Islamic law studies that emphasize the importance of justice, responsibility, and respect for patient rights in medical services.
