dataset
posted on 2021-03-26, 15:38 authored by Julia BarretoJulia Barreto, Erika BerenguerErika Berenguer, Jos BarlowJos BarlowData contains stem- and plot-level herbivory data from Barreto et al. (2021; DOI: 10.1002/ece3.7295). The incidence (percentage of leaves affected) and severity (the percentage of leaf area lost) of canopy insect herbivory caused by chewers, miners and gall-markers in leaves from 1,076 trees distributed across 20 undisturbed and human-modified forest plots in the Amazon.
Please, find all the details for the sampling and study design in our paper: https://doi.org/10.1002/ece3.7295
