This anonymized dataset 'matchedemployeessupervisors' contains 126 matched worker-supervisor dyads. For workers, data include self-ratings for honesty, love of learning, big five personality traits, intellectual transparency, teamwork, knowledge-withholding, age, gender, and education. For supervisors, data include ratings of the worker's intellectual transparency, job performance, and organizational citizenship, and answers to questions about the supervisor's age and gender. The worker's job type (full-time or part-time), sector, and length of employment are also included.
Also included is an R script file with code used to compute key correlations in the data and to perform hierarchical regressions.
