<p dir="ltr">This study is the first of its kind to examine the genetic diversity and genomic structure of Sindhi populations across the India-Pakistan border. By analysing hundreds of thousands of single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers from 110 Indian Sindhi individuals, we provide a comprehensive genomic analysis. Our findings reveal a shared genetic heritage influenced by geography, admixture, and sociocultural practices.</p>
