Kim, Roland EilsRoland Eils, Christian ConradChristian Conrad<div>This dataset contains the X,Y coordinates of each mRNA spot detected via in situ sequencing for five different human pancreatic samples (preprocessing performed by Cartana). </div><div>We include a metadata table specifying the sex and age of the donor and the pancreas location of the tissue. We also include a list of the genes targeted in these experiments. Lastly, we include nuclear staining (DAPI) images of the five samples.</div><div><br></div>
