This study focuses on the Sinhala translation and psychometric evaluation of the Internalized Homonegativity Scale among gay and bisexual men in Sri Lanka. It aims to validate this scale's reliability and construct validity, providing a tool to assess internalized homonegativity in the local context. The study contributes to understanding the psychological experiences of sexual minorities in Sri Lanka, with implications for mental health research and interventions.
