High-speed Rail in Taiwan: Development and Regional Environmental Indicators

<p dir="ltr">This study utilized a multi-source dataset to examine the spatiotemporal impact of HSR stations on regional development between 2008 and 2020. The analytical framework was centered on seven HSR stations, utilizing a 1 km × 1 km grid resolution within a 5 km radius buffer of each station. This gridded approach ensured spatial consistency across disparate data sources and captured fine-scale urban dynamics.</p>
