HUVEC and HAEC RNA-seq Gene Expression Values - TPMs

Gene expression profiling of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (UEC) and human aortic endotheilal cells (AEC). Poly-A enriched gene expression data is provided as transcripts per million (TPM), processed using the Salmon alignment tool. The experiment was carried out on 4 individual donors of each cell type. Raw data are available on request only due to ethical considerations.
