The grotte di Castro dataset project contain the following raw geophysical and geochemical data:

- ERT data: The raw ERT data is provided in a binary format .bin. Binary file contain the measured voltage, injected current, output standard deviation for the entire set of the acquired quadrupoles for both the dipole-dipole and the wenner-schlumberger arrays. To extract datafile from .bin you may use prosys software. Then, to model the data there are different commercial softwares with 2-D inv codes.

- CCR data: The raw CCR data is provided in a binary format (.bin) for the three profiles. Binary file contain the measured voltage, injected current, sensor coordinates, acquisition setting (rope lenghts, number of receivers) for each profile. To extract datafile from the .bin you may use magmap software. Then, to model the data there are different commercial softwares routinely used for ERT data inversion.

- Rn-Th dataset:
Radon concentrations were obtained using the Durridge RAD7 which records a series of parameters shown in the xls file (sheet 1). The column A reports the air temperature, in B there is the air concentration measured inside the instruments. The humidity is reported in columns D and E in grams and as percentage respectively, those values do not represent the soil humidity but what is measured inside the instruments after air passed through the dryerite filter. In column F there is the amount of water in the dry air inside the instrument. The radon value is reported in column H, while in columns G and I there is the correction factor of the instrument for each sample and the 2 times standard deviation (2 sigma) respectively. In column L there is the Thoron value and the relative 2 sigma in column M. Columns K and N report the final corrected measurements for radon and thoron respectively. In sheet 2 we report the final data which can be to elaborate classed post maps, contour maps, etc.In the column G there is the calculated ratio between thoron and radon.

-GPR dataset
GPR profile datafiles are named as reported in the paper and are made of 4 files each. Each profile has: 1) One file "namefile.dzt" that contains the raw data and readable by several programs like ReflexW, Radan, OpendTect; 2) One file "namefile.dzx" that contains acquisition parameters info (generated by the GSSI instrument); 3) One file "namefile.plt" that contains GPS coordinates of the profile (GGA string); 4) One file "namefile.tmf" that links the "plt" file and the "dzt" for GSSI instrument
