Green Revolution rice genomes annotation files

Annotation of the Green Revolution-related cultivars Taichung Native 1 (TN1), IR8, MH63 and IR64.<div><br></div><div>Version 3 contains the complete set of files including the TN1 assembly. The unplaced scaffolds/contigs are not included in the TN1 fasta file available for download in NCBI.
