Annotation of the Green Revolution-related cultivars Taichung Native 1 (TN1), IR8, MH63 and IR64.

Version 3 contains the complete set of files including the TN1 assembly. The unplaced scaffolds/contigs are not included in the TN1 fasta file available for download in NCBI. That's why I uploaded the complete set of chromosomes and unplaced scaffolds/contigs here.
