Three datasets required to replicate the analyses in Gillings & Scott 2021 Nocturnal flight calling behaviour of thrushes in relation to artificial light at night. Ibis

opendata_siteinfo.csv contains the site's geographical information (rounded to preserve confidentiality) and associated artificial light at night data

opendata_effort.csv indicates which 30-minute periods were acoustically monitored at each surveyed sited on each recording night

opendata_detections.csv containts the timestamps of each detected thrush call at each monitored site

These data were analysed using the R code available at https://github.com/BritishTrustForOrnithology/Gillings-Scott-nocturnal-migration-Ibis

A fourth dataset, opendata_manual_site_data.csv, is also included. This was not used in the modelling but was used in the paper and contains the total numbers of thrushes detected at two manually operated nocturnal flight call monitoring stations.
