Genome IDs and raw names from Hug et al.'s supplementary table 1 were used as queries.
These genomes had to be downloaded manually because they would not be automatically downloaded with Christopher Brown's script (https://github.com/christophertbrown/bioscripts
).

manualDownload_taxIDmap.txt shows the key from genome ID to taxon ID.
