Genome assemblies of Magnaporthe oryzae

DNA samples extracted from samples of Magnaporthe oryzae were sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 using standard reagents and protocols producing 100 base paired-end reads. Filtered reads were assembled ‘de novo’ using Velvet 1.2.10.
