A total of 26,168 genes were predicted in the genome, with an average length of 13,740.62 bp, an average coding sequence length of 1,728.74 bp, and an average exon number of 9.81. Among them, 25,911 genes (99.02%) were functionally annotated in at least one following database: Nr, Swissprot, TrEMBL, COG/KOG, KEGG, Pfam, eggNOG and GO.
