GNSS TEC, GIS and tomography data
The data uploaded includes GPS and GLONASS vTEC, latitude, longitude and elevation angle for 10, 11 and 12 January 2024. The TEC is 30-seconds sampled data from 0430 UT to 0730 UT. The data is in 3-dimensions, with first dimension for the number of stations, second dimension for number of epochs (361), and third dimension for number of satellites (32 for GPS and 26 for GLONASS). There are three separate mat files with names gnss_tec_YYYYMMDD.mat for 2024 January 10-12. The variables are named as 'GPSvtec', 'GPSlat', 'GPSlon', 'GPSelev' for GPS data and 'GLOvtec', 'GLOlat', 'GLOlon', 'GLOelev' for GLONASS. The UT epoch is included as "time'.
The GIS electron density used for Figure 8 is uploaded in the file gis_tomography_data.mat. The data are stored in the variables "GIS_Ne_YYYY_DOY_hhmmUT_longitude' for both the panels plotted. The altitude and latitude values are included as 'GIS_altitude' and 'GIS_latutude'. The file also includes the tomography data used in figures 8 and 13. The variables names are 'tomo_Ne_YYYY_DOY_hhmmUT_longitude', 'tomo_Ne_YYYY_DOY_hhmmUT_altitude', 'tomo_altitude', and 'tomo_latitude', and 'tomo_longitude'.
