Furin Variant R81C genotype and phenotype data

Alelle-based association testing, adjusted for age, sex, and body mass index, revealed significant associations between the Furin R81C rs148110342 variant and being T2D, and borderline associations with fasting plasma glucose, and HbA1c levels.
