Five leguminosae species

this project contain the annotation files of five leguminosae species' genomes.

1. contig.gff.gz, contig.cds.gz, contig.pep.gz were the annotation files of the contig version genome assemblies that assembles by the nanopore long reads.

2. chr.gff.gz, chr.cds.gz, chr.pep.gz were the annotation files of the chromosomes version genome assemblies.
