We investigated the influence of environmental temperature on the functional and community development of feast-famine systems. To that end we operated 8 parallel bioreactors for 200+ cycles (3 months). Online measurements of DO, pH, ingas, offgas, acid and base were logged at high resolution to study the functional development over time. This dataset contains all online measured data and processed to a, per cycle, dataset in de HDF5 (NCSA) format.
