Environmental Justice Implications of Accelerated Electric Vehicle Penetration

Modeled NO2 and PM2.5 concentrations at Census block centroids in a portion of Southern California.  The reference case assumed that the number of electric vehicles were at a default level. The sensitivity cases assumed that certain policies were in place to accelerate the pepentration of electric vehicles into the fleet. Each census block group is labeled with the race ethnicity group predominantly makes up the respected group.
