Energy management for grid-connected hybrid offshore wind-tidal storage power systems.
<p dir="ltr">This dataset supports research on the design, simulation, and optimisation of a hybrid offshore wind–tidal energy system integrated with a battery storage unit for grid-connected and off-grid applications in coastal South Africa. It contains meteorological, oceanographic, and load-demand data used in HOMER Pro and MATLAB/Simulink models to evaluate system performance, costs, and energy management.
