The data set represents the interactive effect of thermal condition and endosymbiont on post-mating constrained sex allocation in Kelly’s citrus thrips, Pezothrips kellyanus (Thysanoptera: Thripidae). Data set represents the offspring number (sheets 2, 3) and sex ratio (sheets 1, 2, 3) of three crossing experiments with Cardinium and Wolbachia infected and uninfected P. kellyanus, at two different temperatures (20 and 25 °C), and endosymbiont titres (Ct values obtained by qPCR) of P. kellyanusreared under different temperature conditions for two generations (sheet 4).
