metadata_CaliPastures: Metadata file containing site information, soil and vegetation data

taxa_table_formatted_16S: Hierarchal classification of bacterial/archaeal (16S) detected in soil samples based on the 16S rRNA SILVA database.

taxa_table_formatted_ITS: Hierarchal classification of fungal (ITS) ASVs detected in soil samples based on the ITS UNITE database.

asv_table_formatted_16S: Bacterial/archaeal (16S) ASVs present in each sequenced soil sample.

asv_table_formatted_ITS: Fungal (ITS) ASVs present in each sequenced soil sample.
