ENQUIRE V2 - Neo4j integration

Expanding Networks by Querying Unexpectedly Inter-Related Entities.

We hereby provide the executable Singularity Image File (SIF) that contains ENQUIRE's code and stable input metadata (e.g. gene symbol-to-alias lookup table). Compared to the previous SIF, this image also implements neo4j for graph database construction. The file is authenticated by digital signature (PGP). See ENQUIRE GitHub repository ("Documentation") for detailed instructions on how to use ENQUIRE.
