EEG data about binocular color difference. To avoid the influence of other factors (especially external light), the whole experiments were conducted in a dark room. Subjects were required to minimize physical activity during the experiment to void the effect of electromyography (EMG) on the EEG data. Ten participants completed one session, which was conducted in the evening. For two additional participants, the session was repeated twice. Therefore, a total of 1,152 trials (= 8 participants × 96 trials + 2 participant × 96 trials × 2) were recorded. This setup allowed for comprehensive data collection on EEG responses to different binocular color differences while minimizing variability due to time-of-day effects.
