Posted here is the raw data from a fit-for-purpose test of an analytical method designed to detect and quantify diflubenzuron (DFB) in blood matrices, in addition to optimization data used in the mass spectrometry analysis parameters. The instrument used was an Agilent 6460 LC-MS/MS. The method is sensitive, specific, accurate, and precise. This is the first published method to detect DFB in bovine whole blood, plasma, and serum, and the first to use labeled DFB (13C6-DFB) as an internal standard.
