Differential Abundance Results (from radEmu)

Tables with results from differential abundance. This includes ASVs with significance enrichment in the levels explores. Defined as abs(estimate)>ln(2).
For the "strat" table this includes summer and inverse columns form lakes Superior, Michigan, Ontario. This table also includes the ASV correclation (Abundance) with estimated light (Supp Table 2) and temperature.
