<p dir="ltr">Supplementary Data 1 - Dcr models</p><p dir="ltr">This dataset contains three-dimensional structural models (PDB format) of fungal Dicer-like (DCR) proteins predicted using AlphaFold2. The models correspond to proteins identified across 1,593 fungal proteomes. All structures were computationally generated (in silico) and are provided compressed into a single archive for download. These models were used to investigate structural conservation, domain architecture, and phylogenetic clustering of RNAi-associated proteins in fungi. Each file is named according to its corresponding protein accession number.</p><p dir="ltr">Supplementary Data 2 – Custom PAZ domain HMM profile</p><p dir="ltr">This file contains the HMM profile of the fungal PAZ domain generated in this study.</p><p dir="ltr">Filename: FPAZ.hmm</p><p dir="ltr">Supplementary Data 3 - Clade-specific alignments from the phylogenetic tree</p><p dir="ltr">Filename: tree_clade_aligned</p>
