<p dir="ltr">This dataset was developed as part of the research study <i>“The impact of Higher Education on Youth Employment in Kosovo: Key Determinants Affecting the interface between Higher Education Provision and Labor Market Needs”</i><br>The data were collected between March and May 2025 through a structured questionnaire distributed to 300 graduates from both public and private higher education institutions in Kosovo. The questionnaire aimed to assess how skills acquired during studies, curriculum relevance, internships, and motivation influence graduate employability and job-market alignment.</p><p dir="ltr">The dataset includes:</p><ul><li>Demographic variables (gender, age, field of study, type of institution)</li><li>Employability indicators (employment status, time to first job, job relevance to field of study)</li><li>Perceptions of higher education quality and labor market readiness</li><li>Variables related to practical experience, internships, and motivation</li></ul><p dir="ltr">All responses were anonymized in compliance with the <b>General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679)</b> and ethical standards approved by <b>AAB College, Kosovo</b>.<br>The dataset is provided in <code>.xlsx</code> formats, including the full questionnaire and coding scheme.</p><p><br></p>
