The data covers all 58 departments in Cameroon from 2013 to 2020. The data used in this work comes from the Public Investment Programming Department of the Ministry of Economy, Planning, and Regional Development, the Ministry of the Civil Service and Administrative Reform, the Ministry of Territorial Administration, the Central Bureau of the Census and Population Studies, the Ministry of Basic Education, the Ministry of Public Health, Election Cameroon and the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development. We use the Two-Stage Least Squares for estimations.
