<p dir="ltr">This dataset contains the raw data supporting the findings of the manuscript titled "Adhesive Photoinitiator Constructs Polymer Jackets on Enzymes: Direct, Release-Free Cytosolic Delivery".</p><p dir="ltr"><b>Files included:</b></p><ul><li><b>DLS Data:</b> Size distribution data measured by Dynamic Light Scattering.</li><li><b>Flow Cytometry Data:</b> Original FCS files.</li><li><b>NTA Reports:</b> Original measurement reports from Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis.</li></ul><p dir="ltr"><b>Important Note regarding NTA Data:</b><br>The NTA reports are provided primarily to validate the particle concentration measurements. Please note that while these reports automatically generate Zeta potential distribution graphs, these specific values were not utilized for the Zeta potential analysis discussed in the manuscript. The Zeta potential data presented in the paper was obtained using a separate instrument (Malvern Zetasizer Pro).</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><b>Software requirements:</b><br>Flow cytometry data (.fcs) can be opened with standard flow cytometry analysis software (e.g., FlowJo).</p>
