- impose_list_merged_urban.rds + extent_list_urban.rds: list of segmented images for the urban dataset (recolorize format) and extents for raster format.
- impose_list_merged_body.rds: list of segmented images of complete individuals used to test ellipse representativeness (recolorize format).
- colour-workflow-ms-data.xlsx: info for studied individuals (population of origin, subspecies/habtiat)
