Daily bacterial density

 All fsc files collected for bacterial density estimates in lake water invaded with Fc7 (Flavobacterium columnare) and treated with antibiotics, phage therapy or nothing. Samples were taken from each unit every day for 7 days. The samples were fixated with 0.1% Glutaraldehyde and snap frozen before data acquisition.
