Daily Cumulative Percentages

We analyzed the daily cumulative percentages of awareness for all 94,534,663 individuals during the observation period, from December 1st, 2019, to February 26th, 2020 (the cryptic transmission period). Additionally, we calculated the daily cumulative percentages for each category of the feature variables of individuals who were already aware. For each day, we identified the highest cumulative percentage and listed the corresponding categories of the feature variables. For social relations, we calculated the daily cumulative percentages of aware social relations and identified the types of social relations with the highest cumulative percentages.

  1. daily_percentages_population.xlsx is the daily cumulative percentages for all 94,534,663 individuals. Format: the first column represents the date, the second column is cumulative percentage.
  2. daily_percentages_for_gender_groups.csv is the daily cumulative percentages for genders of individuals who were already aware. Format: the first column represents the date, the second column represents females, the third column represents males, the fourth column shows the gender group with the highest cumulative percentage, and the fifth column indicates the highest cumulative percentage.
  3. daily_percentages_for_age_groups.csv is the daily cumulative percentages for ages of individuals who were already aware. Format: the first column represents the date, the second to the tenth columns correspond to different age ranges, the eleventh column shows the age group with the highest cumulative percentage, and the twelfth column indicates the highest cumulative percentage.
  4. daily_percentages_for_occupation_groups.csv is the daily cumulative percentages for occupations of individuals who were already aware. Format: the first column represents the date, the second to the eighth columns correspond to different occupation categories, the ninth column shows the occupation group with the highest cumulative percentage, and the tenth column indicates the highest cumulative percentage.
  5. daily_percentages_for_education_groups.csv is the daily cumulative percentages for eduction levels of individuals who were already aware. Format: the first column represents the date, the second to the fourth columns correspond to different eduction level categories, the fivth column shows the occupation group with the highest cumulative percentage, and the sixth column indicates the highest cumulative percentage.
  6. daily_percentages_for_purchasing_power_groups.csv is the daily cumulative percentages for purchasing power groups of individuals who were already aware. Format: the first column represents the date, the second to eighth columns correspond to different purchasing power levels, the ninth column shows the purchasing power group with the highest cumulative percentage, and the tenth column indicates the highest cumulative percentage.
  7. daily_percentages_for_child_presence_groups.csv is the daily cumulative percentages for child presence groups of individuals who were already aware. Format: the first column represents the date, the second column indicates those without children, the third column indicates those with children, the fourth column shows the child presence group with the highest cumulative percentage, and the fifth column indicates the highest cumulative percentage.
  8. daily_percentages_for_marital_status_groups.csv is the daily cumulative percentages for marital status groups of individuals who were already aware. Format: the first column represents the date, the second column indicates those who are married, the third column indicates those who are not married, the fourth column shows the marital status group with the highest cumulative percentage, and the fifth column indicates the highest cumulative percentage.
  9. daily_percentages_for_relation_groups.csv is the daily cumulative percentages for social relation types those were already aware. Format: the first column represents the date, the second column represents family relations, the third column represents schoolmate relations, the fourth column represents workmate relations, the fifth column shows the social relation type with the highest cumulative percentage, and the sixth column indicates the highest cumulative percentage.
