A closed control loop system ensures precise acquisition of A, T, C, or G volumes for DNA synthesis. Users input a definite volumes through a software, which directs a microcontroller. This controls high-accuracy syringe pumps to draw specified base volumes. A volume sensor verifies the actual amount drawn, providing feedback for adjustment. If discrepancies occur, an error signal prompts the controller to recalibrate the actuators. This system ensures reliability and can extend to temperature and pH control using appropriate sensors.
