<p dir="ltr">This document contains a socio-economic survey dataset collected for a Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) on large-scale land control by Special Economic Zones (SEZs) to prevent land grabbing. The dataset includes respondent data on demographics, housing conditions, economic aspects, land ownership, transactions with SEZs, public health, knowledge and perceptions of SEZs, and their perceived impacts and expectations of the SEZs.</p>
