Custom fastsimcoal2 models

Custom fastsimcoal2 models for the Palm Warbler subspcies (Setophaga palmarum) hybrid zone project.

Used in 5A_2POP_fastsimcoal2_Pipeline:

• MODEL_2POP_GLACIALCYCLES: model of subspecies divergence with gene flow at each interglacial period over the last 800 KYA

Used in 5B_3POP_fastsimcoal2_Pipeline:

• MODEL_3POP_INTROGRESS: model of gene flow from Setophaga palmarum hypochrysea into a central (Quebec) S. p. palmarum population
• MODEL_3POP_INTROGRESS_FULL: same model as above, except with gene flow modelled between all populations
• MODEL_3POP_SWAMP: model of gene flow from S. p. palmarum into a central (Quebec) S. p. hypochrysea population
• MODEL_3POP_SWAMP_FULL: same model as above, except with gene flow modelled between all populations
