Since Cybersecu-rity using Artificial Intelligence with the rapid technological advancement, security has become a major issue due to the increase in malware activity in industrial computers and cause physical damage for the computer systems and stakeholders, in this study we are introducing AI/ML classification tech, which is combination of k-means++ algorithm and elbow method and other functionality were developed to accurately classify physic data-set in memory, that collected via IoT devices the data-set has 20317 rows and 9 individual variables in different ranges collected via IoT devices, which will lead to immediate malware detection on a power transformer in early stage could be in minutes to prevent physical damages that caused by malware via suppressing the protection algorithms and blinding the operators, and sabotage controllable features until the power transformer is lost. filtering should be applied
