<p dir="ltr"><b>Description</b><br>This document contains the informed consent form used in the study <i>“Taking Flight with Aviation English: How are Malaysian Teachers Preparing the Next Generation?”</i>. The form was provided to all participants before data collection.</p><p dir="ltr">It explains the purpose of the study, the voluntary nature of participation, the right to withdraw at any time, and assurances of confidentiality and anonymity. By signing the form, participants acknowledged that they had read the Participant Information Sheet, understood the details of the study, and agreed to participate in a semi-structured interview lasting approximately 40–60 minutes.</p><p dir="ltr">The consent form was approved as part of the ethical clearance obtained from the USIM Research Ethics Committee (Approval Ref: USIM/REC/2023/023).</p>
