#Prabowogemoy is a distinctively Indonesian campaign communication, formulated with unique vocabulary to the Indonesian language during a specific election cycle. This research opts for the constant comparative method to provide flexibility to articulate the character dimensions associated with #PrabowoGemoy. The goal was to develop a typology that defined Prabowo Gemoy, firmly grounded in the Tiktok Video sample. The research procedure began by individually scrutinizing one TikTok video at a time, dichotomizing them into either policy or character topics. If said Tiktok sample was classified as 'character', I then considered a second category: what character themes does this sample discuss? Is it personal quality, leadership ability, or ideals? If said video meets the criteria of a) character discussion and b) personal quality, I then proceed to establish a tentative typology. We examined all TikTok videos that meet those criteria one at a time noting each video's text, visual cues, and audio. The typologies are usually one-word adjectives that can easily be identifiable as a coding component. When the new TikTok video scrutinized appeared to be similar to a previously developed typology category, we listed that Video under the same category. On the other hand, if a TikTok video provided a new category, we would add that adjective into the code book. This research continually reevaluated categories, altered new categorical schemes, and re coded samples to the emerging categories.
