CLM Data

This dataset represents valuable information collected through a Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) process conducted between March 2023 and December 2023.

Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) is a participatory approach where members of the affected communities themselves are empowered to collect, analyze, and use data about issues impacting their lives. Instead of external entities solely defining what is monitored, CLM puts the community in the driver's seat. This involves community members being trained and supported to systematically gather information on specific topics important to them, such as access to services, quality of care, human rights concerns, or the impact of programs in their area.

The dataset in question compiles the findings and observations reported by these trained community monitors over the ten-month period from March to December 2023. The information captured reflects the direct experiences and perspectives of individuals within the communities.

The primary purpose of collecting this specific dataset was to analyze these grassroots reports and gain a clear understanding of the key issues being raised by the communities. By consolidating and examining the data collected through this dedicated CLM effort, we were able to identify recurring problems, highlight urgent concerns, and document the challenges faced by community members from their own perspective, providing a robust evidence base derived directly from the affected population.
