This file contains genome sequences of the brownbanded bamboo shark Chiloscyllium punctatum, which resulted from scaffolding the existing genome assembly Cpunctatum_v1.0 with in vitro proximity ligation method 'Chicago' (Dovetail Genomics) using HiRise, applying the non-standard length cutoff of 300bp for input genome sequences.
